407 Visa Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the 407 visa, the applicant must:
  • Be sponsored by an approved Temporary Activities Sponsor

  • Be nominated for an eligible occupation or training activity

  • Have at least 12 months of related experience or study in the past 24 months

  • Demonstrate functional English (IELTS 4.5 or equivalent)

  • Meet health and character requirements

  • Hold health insurance

  • Be genuinely participating in the training program

ART Review Process

  1. Lodge your ART application within the deadline (online or by post)
  2. Submit supporting evidence and legal arguments

  4. Wait for the outcome – the Tribunal will write to you with its decision
